特殊性能

690合金具有优良的抗晶间腐蚀和抗晶间应力腐蚀开裂的能力，主要用于压水堆核电站蒸汽发生器传热管材料。压水堆核电站蒸汽发生器传热管用材料经过了一个发展历程，包括304奥氏体不锈钢、600合金、800合金和690合金。对600合金服役中的腐蚀失效研究表明，晶间腐蚀和晶间应力腐蚀开裂是主要问题。690合金作为压水堆核电站蒸汽发生器传热管材料，从上世纪90年代投入使用以来还没有发现破损的报道。

主要应用

690合金主要用于压水堆核电站蒸汽发生器传热管材料，是蒸汽发生器的核心技术。目前，我国已经运行的压水堆核电站机组中，只有秦山一期使用了800合金，秦山二期、大亚湾和岭澳核电站都使用690合金作为蒸汽发生器传热管材料。大部分在建和规划中的压水堆核电站也都采用690合金作为蒸汽发生器传热管材料。但是，目前国内已经运行的压水堆核电站中用的690合金管基本上都是从国外购买。国外生产690合金管的公司主要有法国Valinox、瑞典Sandvik和日本住友。国内有意生产和已经生产690合金管的公司有久立特材和宝银特种钢管有限公司。

9月25日上午，在广州市南沙区黄阁镇东方电气（广州）重型机器有限公司总装车间，随着东方重机技术人员将宝钢造国产690合金U形管徐徐穿入防城港核电1号机组1号蒸汽发生器“心脏”，完成了核电690合金U形管国产化以来在中国核电机组上的首次成功安装应用。标志着中国核电蒸汽发生器核心首次出现"中国造"。
